We operate exclusively for public benefit, educational enhancement and cultural preservation, adhering strictly to transparent financial and operational practices.”
Registration can be verified through the Lithuanian Register of Legal Entities (Registrų centras) using the registration code 124627254. Statutory documents and registration extracts are available to reviewers and funders on request.
The organization exists solely for cultural preservation, arts education and community participation. No part of our income is distributed to founders, members, staff or third parties as profit; all surplus is reinvested into teaching, events and archival work.
We keep complete accounting records in accordance with Lithuanian law, file annual reports as required for legal entities of our form, and can provide statutory documents, registration extracts and activity reports to funders, partners and verification bodies on request.
Strategic decisions — annual programme, budget, and partnerships — are approved collectively by the organization's governing body. Conflicts of interest must be declared before any decision, and the interested person abstains from that vote.
Participation in our programmes is open regardless of nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, gender, age, disability, or financial means. Fees are reduced or waived where a family cannot pay.
Activities with minors are supervised by named adults, parents or guardians give written consent for participation and for any photography, and any safeguarding concern is escalated immediately to the organization's management and to the competent authorities where required.

Recordings of tradition bearers are made with their informed consent, attributed to them, and used for educational and research purposes only — never for commercial resale.
